By enrolling in or accessing any program offered by Pi & Beads Academy, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Programs & Enrollment

Enrollment in any Pi & Beads Academy program is subject to availability and acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an enrollment where necessary. Program schedules, fees, and content may be updated each term; current details are communicated at enrollment.

2. Fees & Payments

Program fees are due at the start of each term unless otherwise agreed. In-school fees are collected by partner schools on our behalf. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis; contact us within the first two weeks of a term for eligibility.

3. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to treat facilitators, classmates, and equipment with respect. Pi & Beads Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove a student from a program for conduct that disrupts learning or causes harm to others.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, worksheets, and digital resources provided by Pi & Beads Academy are proprietary and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

5. Photography & Media

We may photograph or record program sessions for use in our marketing materials. Parents or guardians who do not consent should notify us in writing at enrollment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pi & Beads Academy is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in programs beyond what is required by applicable Nigerian law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
